We collect personal information when you join our mailing list, create an account, enroll in a course or subscription, participate in coaching or live sessions, submit a contact form, purchase a product, or are enrolled by your employer in a B2B program. This may include your name, email address, password (stored securely and never visible to us), company name and role, billing information (processed by third-party payment providers), course enrollment and progress, coaching attendance, and communication preferences. If your employer enrolls you in a program, we may receive your name, email address, role, and enrollment details. We also automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring website through analytics tools. For coaching and consulting services, we may also collect business operational data, professional goals, and video/audio recordings of live lessons if you give explicit consent. 

2. Cookies
We use cookies to improve website performance, support login and account functionality, understand visitor behavior, and support embedded content such as videos. You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

3. Embedded Content
Pages on our sites may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website directly and may collect data according to that site’s policies.

We use your information to deliver courses, subscriptions, and coaching; enroll individuals and corporate groups; provide access to your LearnWorlds account; process payments; send newsletters and marketing emails (only if you opt in); improve our products and services; provide customer support; host live sessions; and comply with legal obligations. If you participate in live coaching or consulting sessions, recordings may be stored and shared exclusively with you (or your designated group cohort) for educational and review purposes.

We process personal data based on consent, contractual necessity, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services.

6. Who We Share Your Data With
We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including LearnWorlds (course hosting), WordPress/Bluehost (website hosting), email marketing providers (e.g., ConvertKit, MailerLite), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), Zoom (live sessions), and analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services. 

7. Subscriptions and Payments
If you purchase a subscription or product, payment information is processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers. You may cancel subscriptions according to the terms provided at purchase.

8. Group Enrollments (B2B Clients)
Organizations may provide employee names and email addresses for training enrollment. We use this information only to deliver contracted services. Organizations may request enrollment or completion data. Employees may contact us directly regarding their personal data. For corporate and B2B training programs, REA leadership LLC typically acts as a Data Processor handling information on behalf of the employer, who remains the primary Data Controller.

9. Data Retention
Course accounts are retained until you request deletion. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. B2B enrollment data is retained for the duration of the contract. Payment records are retained according to legal and financial requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the policies of the analytics provider.

10. Your Rights

11. US State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of certain US states (including California, Texas, or Virginia) you have specific rights under state law regarding your personal information, including the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal data, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
